Just some further tweaks to the previous Occultist classleads:
* ORDER DOPPLEGANGER SEEK is back to area-wide.
* All channeling with the doppleganger require it to be within line-of-sight.

Also some small tweaks to the new visual elements:
* SKILLS/AB now show the progress to transcendent in the skill, rather than just the next skill rank.
* READNEWS headers have been slightly reworked to be a little less bulky.

And in general news:
* The daily credit -> lesson conversion limit has been raised to 2000cr/day.
