Another load of bugfixes and player submitted ideas has just been loaded up.

Of note amongst these was:

- TATTOOS ME and TATTOOS SELF will function as if you had done TATTOOS.

- WARES HERB will now function as if you had done WARES PLANT.

- QLA and QLC will now function as if you had done QUESTS ALL and QUESTS COMPLETED respectively.

- BUG APPEND will now function as if you had done BUGAPPEND.

- BUGDEL <#> <10 char reason> will let you delete bugs that you have submitted.

- Worn hoods will now have a correct description when they have been raised.

- LOTTERIES should now show a total of how many tickets you own in the lottery.

- RAISE and LOWER HOOD can now be given an optional argument to specify which hood (or hooded item) to raise or lower.

- The message given when picking up a new design will now tell you the design number.

- HELP INKMILLING now lists Jingo as the main source for purchasing reagents and inkmills.

- Targossas now appears in HELP PRONUNCIATION.

- Reclaiming plots from city enemies should no longer refund them the value of the plot.

- Specifying a side when starting a chess match should now work properly.
