* BANISH (Kaido) has had its kai energy cost lowered.
* KAIBOOST (Kaido) now additionally lowers the decay rate of kai energy.
* ROUNDHOUSE (Tekura) accuracy has been greatly increased.
* STAFFCAST (Elementalism) now gives significantly more kai energy to monks.
