Curses skill changes

Just a quick note to inform you of a small change with the Curses skill:
BLEED has been moved down to the "Novice" skill rank, while IMPATIENCE
has been moved up to "Adept". No longer will new Shamans be relegated to
KICK'ing things to death for extended periods of time!
