Due to the massive problems with our credit card processing company this weekend, some of you that tried to purchase credits and were denied were charged anyway. Sometimes, multiple times.

I am aware of this problem, and I will absolutely ensure that your bank accounts or credit cards are credited back with any over charging that was done. I am deeply sorry for this. You put your trust in us to behave responsibly, and though I think we do a pretty good job, sometimes things out of our control happen. It pisses you off, and it makes us look bad. Again, I'm very sorry, and the problem will be fixed by the end of the week.
