As mentioned in ANNOUNCE #3769, our Artisanal and Bardic contests have
been combined into a single quarterly contest. As part of this, we've
combined the two fellowships into a single entity and merged everyone's
scores (with your highest of your Artisanal and Bardic rankings being
your rank in the new fellowship).

To go along with the extended duration, the prizes have been increased
as well! First place will now earn 600 credits, runner-up will earn 300
credits, and a merit will earn 150 credits.

Progression through the ranks, and the bonuses associated with a rank
promotion within the fellowship remain unchanged.
