After some feedback from the leaders, I have made some minor changes to
the organisational credit sale system.

These changes will allow rules to be defined that limit the purchase of
credits to either bound, unbound, or both.

HELP CREDITSALES has been updated to reflect these changes.

As always, if you encounter any problems, please submit a BUG with as
much relevant detail as possible.
