I forgot one more player idea off the list in my last post.

You can now also ARENA SETUP <arena> EXCLUDE <organisation/person> to
specifically exclude organisation members or a specific person from
joining your arena event.

Of note, the exclusion criteria takes precedence over the allow
criteria.
e.g. If you 'ALLOW Hashan' but 'EXCLUDE Crownmerchants', all Crown
Merchants, irrespective of whether they are Hashani citizens or not,
will be excluded from the arena event.
