Greetings Sapience,

I've just loaded up a batch of bugfixes and player submitted ideas. Of
note amongst these were:

1. New speech emoticons :# and D:. See HELP EMOTICONS for more details.
2. Members of a clan can no longer be enemied to it
3. You can no longer force other players to UNSPECIALISE in Seafaring
skills
4. CONFIG MAPSHOW OFF and ON should now work equivalent to CONFIG MAPSHOW
NONE and ALL respectively
5. ENTER HARBOR will now work as if you'd spelled HARBOUR correctly
6. You can now modify the brief description of ADs with AD <id> BRIEF
<text>
7. Vodun and Puppetry users can now use VODUN|PUPPET LISTEN END to
terminate listening early
8. Where a clan is owned by an organisation, the mortal leader and patron
of that organisation should now be able to perform all the clan leader
style commands
9. SHOW WIELDING will now show what you are wielding in your hands.
10. Satiation and summoned dragon breath should now correctly appear in your
DEFs
11. The message when you FLY should now correctly reflect your means of
flight (i.e. ring of flight, flying mount, wings, etc)
12. BLOODLINE SHOW should no longer favour the inbred by showing the same
descendant(s) multiple times per generation
13. The Serpent BIND ability should now only consume a single rope resource
from a group, not the entire group
14. PWHO will now indicate those who are PTOFF as off channel.
