Alongside our latest batch of bugfixes, I've just added the following
classlead-related fixes and changes:

* Metamorphosis STING now respects Kaido DELIVERANCE.
* Necromancy FRENZY now reduces the balance cost of RAZE.
* Subterfuge EMERGE can be done while PHASED.
* Subterfuge DISPEL ME can be done while PHASED.
* Weaponry SHATTER now sends the correct failure message if paralysed
after the commencement.
