We're pleased to announce some new Blademaster class changes that were
just put live. The details are as follows:

Two Arts
========
* IMPALE balance cost has been slightly reduced.
* IMPALE while under the effects of IMPALESLASH now grant additional
bleeding.

Pranks
======
* BALANCING is ineffective when under the effects of HAMSTRING
(Striking).

General
=======
* The random factor in calculating the WRITHE time from IMPALE has been
removed.

We'll be monitoring these changes over the coming days as we work on
tweaks to other classes. If you encounter any problems with the above,
please file a BUG with as much information as possible.
