I just put a fair few bug fixes live, most of little relevance or
cosmetic, but the following have some impact on day-to-day life:

* DSTAB (Subterfuge) in arenas will now correctly give Kai.
* FRENZY (Necromancy) no longer stacks with DEMON FURY.
* PHASED (Subterfuge) adventurers can open doors once more.
