In an effort to make guild members more accountable for handing
out favours and disfavours (and to start a general trend of providing
logs for city and guild activities), you are now required to list a
reason why you are guildfavouring or guilddisfavouring someone. This
reason, along with a record of who you favoured/disfavoured, is available
for perusal by those guild level 5 and up. The command is READLOG <guildname>.
