Following on from ANNOUNCE #3525 and #3526, we've tweaked things a
little. The details are as follows:
- We've removed the additional experience loss from immolation and
praying for salvation. The reasoning for this is to provide a more level
playing field in terms of experience loss and gain across the factions.
Of course, this does not take into account in the convenience factor of
other forms of resurrection.
- To balance this out, we've slightly increased the experience cost of
dying, including raising the maximum cap that can be lost on a single
death.
** Please note that the additional experience loss for remaining as a
soul with 0 mana is still in place.
We have some further upcoming changes to address any disparity between
factions caused as a result of these tweaks.
Penned by My hand on the 21st of Phaestian, in the year 580 AF.
