The long established method of getting concoctions and venoms refilled
has just been changed.

No longer must you hunt down a forestal or serpent willing to assist you
and won't overcharge you.

As of now, licensed master shopkeepers can purchase tuns for their shops
that they can then fill with any of the milkable venoms or concoctions
and then sell refills directly from their shops as wares.
