I did the HELP NOTABLES (16.10) today, and have just put it in. A
word of explanation is needed in order that no ones feelings are
hurt.

First, who was and wasn't included in there was entirely up to me.
Second, I didn't spend hours and hours trying to figure out who
should be on it and who shouldn't, so if I left any deserving
players off, I apologize. Essentially I just printed out a list of
players with over X amount of playing time, and whittled it down
from there. If I couldn't think of something to distinguish you off
the top of my head, I didn't add you. It doesn't mean I don't like
you, or that I don't think much of you. It just means that you
haven't made enough of a splash for me to know anything specific
about you.
