I've just loaded up some small changes based on player-submitted IDEAS
and ACC suggestions, the details are as follows:

* Repaired rooms now show on city logs.
* PIETY delay against BLACKWINDed/ASTRALFORMed individuals slightly
reduced.
* SHRUGGING OFF added, allowing Serpents to disable the defense
(unforceable).
* A new function has been added to the Vodun/Puppetry ability FASHION,
allowing them to UNRAVEL a doll of his or her own creation.
