Pasted Letter Changes

Greetings Sapience,

Based on player feedback, I have just changed how pasted letters will
appear in journals and manuscripts.

- Reading the page of a journal or manuscript will now clearly show
whether the page has been written upon by hand or if a letter has been
pasted upon it, to prevent forgery of the latter.

- Pages with pasted letters will now contain a description of the
original letter as well as the contents of the letter. For those letters
pasted before this post, this will appear as 'An indistinguishable piece
of paper'.

- If the original letter was sealed with heraldic arms, this will also
be indicated on the page it is pasted into.

The removal of letter preservation has been run and all previously
preserved letter should now have 30 months left before they decay. Those
that were not preserved before have not been changed and remain at
however many months till decay they were at prior to this change.

As with any new changes, if you come across any problems, please file a
BUG report with as much relevant detail as possible.
