We've just loaded up a slew of new bugfixes, the most pertinent of the
changes being:

- Metamorphosis and Vision ALERTNESS are now identical abilities with a
single drain (mana).
- Retardation vibrations no longer affect those under Divine Grace.
- FIRELASH enchantments will no longer fade if the spell is not
successful.
- WHISPER is now a safe command for the purposes of splicing,
implanting, etc.

As we fixed these and dozens of other bugs, I noticed that we were
encountering a lot of bugs that were already fixed as a result of the
thousands of code updates over the past few years.

As a result, I'm going to be clearing out our bugs and starting again -
we do this every few years, and all this means is that if you've
previously filed a bug and -you are still encountering it- (I can't
stress this enough) please submit a BUG with as much information as
possible, and we should be able to get it fixed in a more efficient
manner!
