Yet another batch of bugfixes, updates and player ideas have just been
implemented.

Changes of note in this group were:

Inkmilling can now be done in batches of up to 5 inks at a time using
the syntax MILL FOR [#] <COLOUR> with the appropriate quantities of
reagents in the mill.

A new command, BANKFEES <amount>, has been added. This command will show
you what the bank fee will be and approximately what you will need to
withdraw to get the amount you want after the fee has been taken out.

The IRE Gamefeed should now correctly show leadership changes in Achaean
organisations.

The MXP RNum tag should now be correctly closed - e.g. <RNum 1234 />

The GMCP bug where sending empty strings via IRE.Composer.SetBuffer
resulted in a single quote being received should now correctly receive
an empty string.

Snake and falcon class loyals now correctly show the presence of a
Collar of Lupus.
