Attack scaling vs. Denizens

I've just finished a major audit of the various class abilities against
denizens (or bashing attacks, if you will). As we change and tweak
abilities as part of our regular CLASSLEAD seasons, we occasionally see
attacks scale a lot better or worse than before, so this is an effort to
make sure that everything is brought into line. The details of the
changes are as follows:
* Priests - SMITE damage increased.
* Blademaster - DRAWSLASH damage decreased.
* Necromancers - DECAY damage slightly decreased.
* Occultists - WARP damage slightly decreased.
* Magi - STORMHAMMER damage increased.
* Shaman - BLEED damage slightly decreased.
Most of the changes are very minute, and you probably will not notice
any difference in most scenarios!
