We've just identified a bug with CHOKE in Kaido and THURISAZ in Runelore
where the diminishing returns formula was being applied twice. This
situation lead to some cases where you would do LESS damage as your
intelligence increased to the upper echelons of the stat range.

We've corrected this, and you will now find that these abilities scale
properly.
