With our last batch of code changes, numerous bug fixes and a few new
features of note have been added.

Organisations will now be able to CLAIM scrolls similar to manuscripts
using CLAIM SCROLL <scroll#> FOR <org name>.

You may now use the editor to describe ads using AD # DESCRIBE. If you
prefer the old ad method, it still functions, and you may use AD #
DESCRIBE <description>. When using the editor, know that all text will
be left justified and any white space, such as spaces, to the left-hand
side of the first character will be removed when the ad is viewed.

People in secret clans will no longer be able to see who has composed
CLHELP files if they do not possess a rank with the seesecret clan
power.

You will no longer be able to ORDER denizens around while dead.

Being targeted by engage will no longer prevent movement while numb.

Domination firelords will now properly attack targets within their room.

For those of you who use the new GMCP features, we've made a small change to the way that character vitals are presented (Health/Mana/Endurance/Willpower/etc.)
