We're pleased to announce the following further changes to ships and
seafaring:

- Wavescythe syntax has been changed to INVOKE WAVESCYTHE <ship>, and is
now able to target any ship within a small radius.

- Drydocked ships no longer lose all their crew upon being drydocked.
Instead, any hired swashbucklers will depart permanently, and the
remaining crew- and shipmates will lose a very small amount of
experience every Achaean day for as long as the ship remains drydocked.
