We've just made some minor tweaks to the duanathar code and cleaned it
up a little to resolve some long-standing bugs.

Duanathar should now act like movement and will remove things like
prismatic barrier, stop actions that are movement sensitive and respect
stun.

You should now be able to use duanathar whilst flying and it will return
you to the ground at your destination.

There should be no more erroneous messages about how a person was
travelling to the skies when being followed by another person.

In addition to this, we've add a new config option: SHOWSELFCLASSWHO.
Configuring this on will cause you to show up when a member of your
class does CLASSWHO. When off, you will not appear on the list. This
config option currently defaults to being OFF, so make sure to set it if
you'd like to appear on CLASSWHO.

The syntax for this is CONFIG SHOWSELFCLASSWHO ON/OFF

Of final note, shrine defilements and totem smudgings should no longer
flood the channel history of the respective org.

If you come across any bugs with these changes, please submit a BUG
report with as much relevant detail as possible.
