Totem tunings have just undergone a major revamp. We hope that this new
system is far less confusing and far more efficient!

Totems will now be automatically tuned against enemies of the implanter,
or owning org if it has been designated. In addition,
organisationally-owned totems can still be tuned against all non-members
of their organisation.

All currently implanted and designated totems are now tuned against the
owner's enemies. Any implanted totems that have not been designated and
claimed have been set to blank tunings.

If you encounter any bugs with any of the changes, be sure to BUG them
with as much detail as possible!
