After much badgering and begging, the locksmiths of Sapience have had
their toolkits upgraded and their skills increased.

What does this mean for you? Simple really. Your lock changes and key
replacements will now be completed on the spot.

In line with their new skills, the method for requesting a lock change
or a replacement key has changed slightly.

Before you can request a lock change or replacement key for your shop,
you will need to know your shop name (not to be confused with your shop
title). The name of your shop can be found by standing in your shop and
using CITY SHOP INFO.

To request a lock change, visit your city locksmith and REQUEST
LOCKCHANGE FOR (shop name) and to request a new key, simply REQUEST KEY
FOR (shop name) and if you are the official shop owner, the locksmith
will perform the task for you.

These instructions have also been listed on the signs and plaques in the
various locksmith's shops.
