We've noticed an increasing trend towards players with health-increasing
artefacts wearing these to sip, then instantly removing them to grant an
increased sip amount. Please be aware that we consider this to be a form
of bug exploitation, and are working on a fix for this. In the mean
time, we ask that you cease doing this, and report those who continue to
abuse this bug via the ISSUE command.
