Now that the Blademaster class has had some time to bed in, we have
evaluated some of the abilities and made the following changes:

- SHIN TRANCE energy gain has been normalised.
- SHIN TRANCE energy decay over time has been reduced.
- RETALIATIONSTRIKE upkeep costs have been re-evaluated.
- SHIN BURST damage has been increased marginally.
- SHIN ANNIHILATION's secondary effect chance has been increased.
- HEALTHTRANS and MANATRANS formulae have been re-evaluated.
- STRIKE HAMSTRING now prevents more kinds of movement, and has had its
duration marginally shortened.
- SHADOW will no longer set Blademasters as hidden.

We will continue to monitor these changes over the coming days and
weeks, and adjust things as needed.
