As per ANNOUNCE #3168, we are migrating away from our current hosting
environment to a new datacentre (with new servers!). To facilitate this
migration, we need to bring down all of the IRE games and all of the
associated websites (excluding the forums).

We will be performing this this coming Monday, March 29 at 0700 GMT,
which equates to:
- 0300 EST (NY)
- 0000 PST (LA)
- 1800 AEDT (SYD)

The outage is slated for three (3) hours, though, it is likely that the
servers will be back online long before the end of the scheduled outage
window.
