Greetings Sapience,

It is time again for yet another raft of changes. Coming through this
time was:

- Allowing clan positions to be used for Housing permissions
e.g. HOUSING SET DOOR PERMS out clanposition 1 of acc

- CONFIG TIMEZONE. You can use this command to configure your timezone
difference from GMT.
e.g. CONFIG TIMEZONE +1000 or CONFIG TIMEZONE -0500
Whilst this only effects the output of the TIME command, it may change
more things in the future.

- CONFIG COLOUR MESSAGES. You can now set the colour that you want
messaging related notification to appear in.
e.g. CONFIG COLOUR MESSAGES 9 0 to make it bright red.

- HOUSE REMOVEPOWERS <position> <space delimited powers list>. This
command removes the listed powers from the position. It also removes the
powers from the aides to the position.
e.g. HOUSE REMOVEPOWERS Sect Heads WRITELOG READLOG

- Lotteries can now be configured to either target specific
organisations or exclude them from eligibility. These two settings are
mutually exclusive (you can't target and exclude the same organisation)
and membership in an excluded organisation will overrule membership in a
target organisation.
e.g. LOTTERY 1 TARGET ADD SHALLAM
LOTTERY 1 EXCLUDE ADD SENTAARI
These settings will mean that all citizens of Shallam who aren't
Sentaari will be eligible to purchase tickets or have tickets purchased
for them.

- Reasons for CONTESTing a leader. I've just added the reasons of
"performance, "retiring" and "dormant" to the acceptable reasons as to
why you are contesting an elected position. "Performance" is the default
and matches current appearance of a CONTEST.
e.g. CONTEST Veldrin FOR LEADER OF CRYSTALLINE
CONTEST Veldrin FOR LEADER OF CRYSTALLINE PERFORMANCE
Will launch an election exactly the same as previously, citing the same
old belief of poor performance.

CONTEST Veldrin FOR LEADER OF CRYSTALLINE RETIRING
Will launch an election but state that the reasons are because Veldrin
wants to step down or retire from Office.

CONTEST Veldrin FOR LEADER OF CRYSTALLINE DORMANT
Not seen Veldrin in a few decades but don't want to insult his
leadership qualities by blaming poor performance? This is your way
forward. This form of contest will cite that the position holder is
believed to be dormant and that is the reason for the contest.

Please note, these extra commands only apply to the first person
contesting. Once the election is created, using "dormant" or "retiring"
will make no difference to your contestation. As an aside, there has
always been the ability to remove yourself from an ELECTION. Most of the
commands listed for REFERENDUMs in HELP ELECTION can also be used for
ELECTIONs including ELECTION <election number> REMOVE <the choice number
that represents yourself>.

- House and Orders can now designate totemers for their organisations in
the same fashion as Cities could previously.
e.g. HOUSE SET TOTEMER <person> and ORDER TOTEMER SET <person> will set
the respective positions and HOUSE TOTEMER and ORDER TOTEMER will tell
you who currently holds the position.

- There has been a slight reworking of the TOTEMLOG command so that
House and Order can also read their organisation's totem log. Now you
simply add the type of organisation to the end.
e.g. TOTEMLOG City - read the totem log for your City
TOTEMLOG House - read the totem log for your House
TOTEMLOG Order - read the totem log for your Order

- CLANS/CLAN LIST will now show a summary at the bottom detailing how
many clan slots you have used up, how many you have in total and how
many clan slot exempt clans you are in.

- Artefact strength gauntlets as well as the runic gauntlet will now
function as a falconry glove for knights.

As always, if you encounter any bugs with these new changes, please feel
free to BUG them, including as much detail (including item numbers, what
command you used, etc) as possible.
