I've just put some minor changes to Two Arts live, details are as
follows:

- Accuracy across the board has been increased.
- BALANCESLASH costs and effects have been reevaluated.
- POMMELSTRIKE costs and effects have been reevaluated.

-- A note on the last two items, the original class design is focused
around more that just using a single combo repeatedly to give enough
bleeding to use BROKENSTAR. As such, they were tweaked to still provide
benefit when used in conjunction with the rest of the skill.
