We are allowing a concession for our hard-working mortal leaders when it
comes to clans. As many organisations have a slew of related org-owned
clans that leaders are expected to be a part of, we are allowing each
House and City to designate a single org-owned clan that is not counted
towards a player's clan slot limit.

Once your organisation has decided upon a clan to receive this
exception, please contact your Patron, who will coordinate its
implementation.
