With the recent changes in management and the natural attrition of
clans/leaders, we are re-opening High Clan applications. I would ask
that those of you who have applied before to please apply again.

Application Process:
Please see announce #3000 for details of High Clan requirements, and
note the updated application process below.

- The clan leader must submit an email to tecton@achaea.com with this
information:
1. The name of your clan.
2. Your character's name.
3. The article # of the post in the clan news section with the clan's
mission statement.
4. Any background information about the clan as relevant.

- You may email tecton@achaea.com in advance if you have questions about
the content of your mission statement.

- A note on org-related clans: As a general rule, clans related to an
existing organisation (a house/city clan etc.) that follow the same
doctrines are not considered likely candidates for High Clans.
