Just a quick note to let you know that I'll be away for a few days. As
with most people at this time of year, I'll be taking a brief vacation,
returning on the 2nd of January.

This may mean some delayed responses to emails to
support/artefacts/customisations. I'll get them handled as soon as I
return!
