I have just put an updated copy of Nexus online, fixing some more of
issues that have been reported. The details are as follows:

- Fixed a problem causing Nexus to freeze in certain situations, most
notably when an #echo_ would span multiple lines - this should fix all
freezing-related problems reported so far.

- Fixed a problem causing the first character on a line to not be
selectable.

- "Select All" will work correctly now.
