Small changes to enemies.

Addressed to: Everyone
I just put in a small addition to enemies, allowing you to view org
enemies based on whether they are active or dormant. It should work with
any of the organisational enemy commands - CITYENEMIES, HOUSE ENEMIES,
ORDER ENEMIES, CLAN ENEMIES.
- *ENEMIES will continue to function as it now does.
- *ENEMIES [ACTIVE|DORMANT] will refine the list.
As a smaller side note, some minor combat-related changes were also
implemented, the details are as follows:
- SOULSPEARS can be thrown through SELFISHNESS.
- BURROWing requires you to not be prone.
