I have heard the cries of the innocent, and I have listened to
the pleas of the non-combatants who are attacked at every turn.

I am the Logos, and I hold no more empathy for the innocent than I
do for the guilty. However, like Daedalus, I too am concerned with
the balance of things. Therefore, I have allowed both Ashtan and
Shallam to obtain archers which will attack city enemies. Furthermore,
the telepaths have been beefed up in power.
