A number of you have expressed interest at one time or another in
building an area in Achaea. Though our OLC (On-Line Creation) system
makes building fairly easy, there is sitll a learning curve. So, I'd
like everyone who is interested in building to please contact me. I will
then arrange a time to hold a short class on using OLC, which will
save time for me.

And please, if you aren't _serious_ about building, don't contact me
about it. It's a lot of work and it isn't all fun by any means.
