Our hosting service provider is experiencing fiber issues currently,
which has caused some downtime for us today. They have informed us that
they have put in a temporary fix and are troubleshooting it, which means
that we may have more downtime until the problems are completely
resolved. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, and every
recently active character has received a life-enhancing aura (which
gives 10% bonus experience gain) which should last until the next
Serenade. We'll let you know when we've heard that the problems are
completely resolved.
