There was a bug that allowed you to connect a room to itself in
adventurer-owned housing. I've fixed the bug to prevent making such
connections in the future. If you have a subdivision house with such
connections already, please remove them. If this is a financial burden
for you for the cost of the exits, just let me know and I'll reimburse
you the amount (but don't remove the exits before I've had a chance to
verify how many you have to remove).
