We have recently corrected a bug that was causing corruption to the
Seafaring specialisation system. In order to fix this corruption, we had
to go through and reset everyone's invested SPPs back to 0. Nobody has
lost any lessons as a result of this; you will just need to respecialise
in your chosen fields.

In order to save you some time, we are allowing you to SPECIALISE in
Seafaring specs from anywhere, but only for a limited time. Simply
SPECIALISE IN <spec>.
