cause is gained or lost from combat in Shala-Khulia for this duration.
This is retroactive back to the beginning of the current conflict in
Shala-Khulia under these conditions: if you willingly involved yourself
in the conflict prior to this and gained any cause, consider your claim
to those causes null and void.
