As some of you know, I handle customisation requests. Due to a number of
recent inquiries that have shown confusion or incomplete knowledge in
regards to the subjects mentioned in the title, I've added a new help
file for gift customisations at HELP GIFT CUSTOMISATIONS and a new
section in HELP CUSTOMISATIONS titled "Order Item Customisations".
