A few significant changes to forest defenses were introduced today (see
events #282). In brief, they are:

- A notification to those with the Oakstone channel on when a
forest/jungle room is exterminated via elemental holocaust or necromancy
exterminate. For necromancy exterminate, there are two messages: one
towards (but not at) the beginning of the extermination process, and one
at the end.

- Off-plane exterminated forest rooms (Annwyn, etc) will automatically
rejuvenate themselves after roughly 2 RL days.

- Damage-dealing forest defenses (wolves, vines) have been reduced
somewhat. They will occur more regularly (previously they were
randomised), but deal less damage.
