We have made some major modifications to a few of the skills today,
mainly concerning Jesters and Shamans. The details of the changes are as
follow:

- OBLITERATE has been removed from the Vodun/Puppetry.

- Shamans have a new instakill, named TZANTZA, in the Curses skill.

- Vodun and Puppetry have two new abilities in them, THROTTLE and
PUNCTURE.
