Continuing on the implementation of our classleads work, I present:

- The chance of being disrupted from being frozen has been increased
somewhat.

- Various rune messages that were previously visible while blacked out
have been corrected to no longer appear if afflicted.

- DFA in Swashbuckling has had its damage formula reworked completely,
giving it a better distribution, regardless of rapier damage.

- PRELUDE illusion length has been increased to 250 characters.

- OBLITERATE does not require a tinderbox for races that are their own
fire sources.

- BREATHSTREAM in Dragoncraft will now respect walls between dragons and
their target.

All of these and literally hundreds of other small changes to speed
things up behind the scenes and bugfixes!
