While I was adding the Estachian feedbag, I noticed that the treatment
of collared mounts (ones with a Collar of Lupus attached) was
inconsistent. Some would starve to death if not fed, but repop alive,
while others would never starve to death at all. I've resolved the
inconsistency in your favours: collared mounts no longer starve to death
if you don't feed them, across the board.
