In post 2733, I said that when a plant has been reduced to 0 by fire, it
will be susceptible to being completely destroyed by the fire. I've
decided to divorce the possibility of a plant from dying from a fire
completely from the amount of what can be harvested from it. Now it is
simply a function of the plant's time spent in a fire. The longer it
spends in a fire, the more likely it will be completely destroyed from
it. The chance of this happening is still very low, though. Once the
fire goes out or is put out, the plant will slowly heal back.
