Apparently some of you are confused that you have tasks marked as
uncompleted which you have completed before, such as selling rats to a
Ratman or obtaining a tattoo from Vinci. That's because we didn't
previously track who had EVER sold a rat to a ratman before, or who had
ever been tattooed by Vinci, et cetera. Those tasks will be marked as
complete the next time you do them, and remembered from them on. This is
not a bug, or at least, nothing we can fix, so please do not report it.
